The parties will work in the field of advanced information and communication technologies within the framework of the project of the International Telecommunication Union on the creation and development of the International Research and Testing Center for equipment, new technologies and services. The project has been implemented at SPbSUT since October 2020 in partnership with the International Telecommunication Union and PJSC Rostelecom.
